The Pasadena Public Library is set to honor grandparents with a dedicated storytime event at its Santa Catalina Branch on Wednesday, Sept. 4, at 10:30 a.m. The program, officially titled “Grandparent’s Day Preschool Storytime and Craft,” is designed for preschoolers and will feature a mix of stories, songs and interactive activities.
According to a Facebook post by the Pasadena Public Library, the event will be “a special storytime celebrating the wonderful grandparents in our lives.” The gathering will include “stories, songs, fun fingerplays” and conclude with participants making a special craft. This event serves as a precursor to the national Grandparents Day, which falls on Sunday, Sept. 8.
