The Playhouse Village Association is hosting the 16th Annual Pasadena ARTWalk on Saturday, Sept. 21, offering a day of artistic expression and community engagement. The event, running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., will take place at 521 E. Green St. in Pasadena.

This year’s ARTWalk will have activities designed to appeal to attendees of all ages. Families can participate in craft sessions, including the creation of bookmarks using stencils and markers, under the guidance of youth ambassadors and ROSE (Realizing Opportunities through Skillful Employment) program interns.

The 16th Annual Pasadena ARTWalk will also offer dining discounts at local establishments, providing an economic boost to the Pasadena community. Attendees can find information about these offers in the programs distributed by the youth ambassadors and ROSE interns.

The City of Pasadena Youth Ambassadors Program, which is organizing the volunteer effort, can be reached at (626) 744-6879 or youthambassadors@cityofpasadena.net for additional information about the event or the program itself.

The 16th Annual Pasadena ARTWalk will serve as a platform for showcasing local artistic talent while providing valuable work experience for Pasadena’s youth. The event underscores the city’s commitment to fostering both cultural enrichment and youth development through special events held by nonprofit and for-profit organizations in Pasadena.
