Sign Your Kids Up for Super Soccer Stars, Now with COVID-19 Restrictions

Published on Dec 21, 2020

Super Soccer Stars are back in Pasadena and are currently accepting new participants to join their leagues, starting in early January.

This time, the Super Soccer Stars will be enforcing health restrictions to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.

Super Soccer Stars is a youth soccer development program that offers the nation’s most popular children’s soccer program for kids ages 1 and up, introducing them to the fundamentals of soccer through creative programming and imaginative games. Their goal is to help children improve their soccer skills in a non-competitive, safe environment.

With their training programs, Super Soccer Stars promises that your child will gain self-confidence, enhance gross motor skills, hone socialization skills, and develop physical literacy.

During the classes, highly trained and certified local and international coaches will lead a carefully constructed curriculum, allowing for fun, small group play in a socially distanced setting.

Soccer Stars classes comply with Los Angeles county and CDC guidelines for safe play. COVID-19 questionnaires are given to parents to complete for their children prior to class and temperatures are taken upon arrival. All coaches are also required to wear masks while leading classes.

Private classes and Soccer Pods, which allow your child to stay with the same consistent group of players, are also available for children of all ages and skill levels, including a multi-sport program. Coaches will come to you, whether at a nearby park or even your own backyard.

In Pasadena, classes start on Monday, January 4, 2021, at Eaton-Blanche Park, 3100 E. Del Mar Blvd.,with classes for ages 5 to 7 at 3 to 4 p.m., and those for ages 7 to 10 starting at 4:15 p.m. These classes are up to March 29, 2021.

Subsequent classes begin on Saturday, January 9, and Sunday, January 10, also lasting up to late March. Classes are either at Eaton-Blanche Park, or Pasadena Central Park, at 275 S. Raymond Ave.
