Could buying your new home become as simple as DoorDash or GrubHub? While that might be a stretch, a combination of a new website and mobile app, developed and launched last week by the Pasadena-Foothill Association of Realtors (PFAR), will provide, among other things, a searchable catalogue of Realtors, along with financial and home service providers in the area.
According to a recent announcement from PFAR, the platform features an all-new realty storefront, with real estate products and safety supplies, as well as a Find a REALTOR®, a simple Home and Financial Services search engine for consumers looking for home or property management guidance.
The new website is a one-stop shop for PFAR real estate brokers, with a host of services and departments ranging from MLS listings to market reports as well as government news and the daily check-ins that any agent needs to be on top of to stay current in a historically busy market.
There are also specialized lists of title and escrow agents, along with a myriad of other financial services from mortgage brokers to insurance agents.
Agents and brokers who are also actively selling a home can also find such helpful services as photography, media and marketing services, as well as moving companies, should things go as planned.
“The introduction of the REALTOR®, Home and Financial Services catalogue will serve as an essential and reputable resource to those who are in the market for a home or any form of home service,” said Barry Storch, outgoing PFAR 2021 president.
“Our local real estate community provides a vast amount of expertise, and we look forward to continuing to serve the public,” he added.
