The Tournament of Roses official sponsor, Sharp Seating Company has begun selling coveted grandstand seats for its 136th parade that will traverse Pasadena’s streets on New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, 2025. The theme for this parade is “Best Day Ever!” We believe it promises to be just that.
Sharp Seating, the parade’s exclusive and only official ticket vendor for more than 85 years, is offering premium viewing positions that eliminate camping on streets, with prices from $75 to $125.
The globally celebrated Rose Parade, drawing more than 40 million television viewers and a million in-person spectators each year, will showcase 36 floats, 23 bands and 18 equestrian units.
“The Tournament of Roses is one of the greatest spectacles in the world,” said Sharp Seating President Sindee Riboli. “Nothing else compares with its 36 floats, 23 bands and 18 equestrian units. What a wonderful way to celebrate the New Year!”
Visitors seeking the television broadcast perspective can purchase seats at “TV Corner,” though officials note these particular viewing locations are selling rapidly.
Sharp Seating is also offering tickets to pre-parade activities, including Decorating Places, where spectators can observe float preparation, and the post-parade Floatfest displaying completed entries.
The celebration extends beyond the main parade, featuring Bandfest performances at Pasadena City College on Dec. 29 at 2 p.m. and Dec. 30 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Additionally, horse enthusiasts can attend Equestfest on December 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank for riding demonstrations and participant meetings.
Parking permits for the parade will cost attendees an additional $50 to $60, according to Sharp Seating, which recommends early ticket purchases as events often sell out quickly.
