The same lawn where Marty McFly first glimpsed Doc Brown’s time machine will host yoga enthusiasts stretching alongside Nigerian Dwarf goats named Roscoe, Floyd, Billy, and Gigi.

The Gamble House, the mansion in Pasadena featured in “Back to the Future,” is launching goat yoga sessions throughout 2025, blending wellness with Hello Critter’s miniature herd.

The National Historic Landmark, designed by Charles and Henry Greene in 1908 as an exemplar of American Arts & Crafts architecture, transforms its grounds into an outdoor yoga studio where participants practice poses while goats wander among the mats.

Each hour-long session includes 15 minutes of goat petting and photos before and after a 30-minute yoga class. The goats, including Nigerian Dwarf and Miniature La Mancha breeds, are present during practice.

Sessions run throughout 2025, with the next on Saturday, July 26 at 9:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Additional dates include April 26, June 28, September 27, and October 25 with morning sessions, while May 24 and August 23 offer evening sessions.

Events operate rain or shine, though dogs are prohibited.

Participants must weigh at least 65 pounds, sign waivers, remove loose jewelry, wear protective clothing, and bring water.

Pricing is $35 for members and $45 for non-members. Sanitized yoga mats rent for $5, though participants may bring towels.

The unique venue combines architectural appreciation with animal therapy on grounds exemplifying America’s finest Arts and Crafts design.

“Goat Yoga at the Gamble House” will run on Saturday, July 26 at 9:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. The Gamble House, 4 Westmoreland Place, in Pasadena. For more call (626) 793-3334 or visit https://gamblehouse.org/mec-events/goat-yoga/. Tickets: $35 members, $45 non-members.
