The Wiggle Waggle Waggin’, Pasadena Humane’s mobile pet adoption unit, is taking adoptable animals on the road this November. The initiative aims to bring pets directly to potential owners at various locations across Pasadena and neighboring areas.

Pasadena Humane has announced an expanded series of pop-up adoption events, increasing visibility for adoptable animals and making the adoption process more accessible to the community. The Wiggle Waggle Waggin’ is out and about bringing adoptable pets to your community.

On Nov. 2, the Waggin’ will be at Integrity College of Health, at 1460 N. Lake Ave. Suite 102 in Pasadena, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The following day, Nov. 3, it will appear at the PCC Flea Market, at 1570 E. Colorado Blvd., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The mobile unit will then visit Pasadena’s Jackalope Arts in Central Park, at 275 S. Raymond Ave., on Nov. 9, offering another opportunity for pet adoption from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. These events provide a unique chance for residents to meet potential animal companions.

Extending its reach, the Wiggle Waggle Waggin’ will visit Gelson’s Market, 635 Foothill Blvd. in La Cañada Flintridge on Nov. 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The final scheduled event will take place at The Paseo, at 300 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena on Nov. 23, also from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Prior to the November series, three adoption events will be held in late October. On Oct. 26, a dog adoption event will be held at Altadena Golf Course, located at 1456 E. Mendocino Street, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. On the same day, a cat-specific adoption event will take place at PetSmart, at 6348 Foothill Blvd. in Tujunga, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Those interested in adoption are encouraged to visit these pop-up events to interact with the animals in person. Staff members will be available to answer questions and assist with the adoption process.
