The Langham Huntington in Pasadena presents a British-inspired Downton Abbey Afternoon Tea starting Sunday, May 15, and the next two following weekends.
Guests can step back in time to the 1920s, just like in the film “Downton Abbey: The New Era,” which follows the TV series and opens in theaters May 20.
For Downton Abbey Afternoon Tea, The Langham Huntington encourages guests to dress in their finest period attire and take photos in front of the Downton Abbey backdrop at the Lobby Lounge.
The Feathered Head, which designs one-of-a-kind hair ornaments and headpieces for brides and party-goers, will have a pop-up shop onsite, and the ladies can choose from a wide array of fascinators, head bands, combs, and beautifully curated vintage hats and accessories.
The period-inspired menu will include delectable sandwiches, scones and sweets, you selection of tea, and a glass of champagne.
After May 15, Downton Abbey Afternoon Tea is available on May 21 and 22, and May 28 and 29.
Reservations are required via OpenTable and will open Friday, May 6.
