Paying for Daily Parking with Credit and Shuttle Services Continue

Published on Monday, July 16, 2012 | 9:45 am

After months of planning and testing, all 41 of the parking permit machines on Pasadena City College’s main campus and the Community Education Center (CEC) are now accepting credit cards. This will allow students, staff, and guests the option of paying their $2 daily parking permit fee with cash or credit card.

Additionally, parking passes for the fall semester are now available for purchase either online (https://lancerlink.pasadena.edu/student_login.htm) or in person at the front counter of Police and Safety Services (main campus, Room B210).

For students taking public transportation to campus, a free shuttle service is available for students traveling between the CEC, the Allen Avenue Metro Gold Line Station, and the PCC main campus. The shuttle service operates between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 10:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday; and 6:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Friday. The shuttle departs every 15 to 30 minutes from each location.

The main campus shuttle stop is located on the northeast side of the campus between lots 6 and 7. The Community Education Center shuttle stop is located in Lot C at the north end. The shuttle can be met curbside at the Allen Avenue Metro Gold Line Station.

For more information about the parking permit machines, please contact PCC Police and Safety Services at (626) 585-7486. For more information about the shuttle service, please call (626) 585-7223.
