Fisher brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to the organization, including pivotal roles as Vice President of Development for Momentum Agencies and Director of Development for Children’s Fund. His professional journey is deeply rooted in service, particularly working with individuals with disabilities and vulnerable youth.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nicholas to the RBAC team,” said Melanie Sauer, Executive Director. “His passion, professional expertise, and commitment to building stronger communities align perfectly with our mission to inspire healthy lifestyles, build community, and transform lives through aquatic programs.”
With academic credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands, Fisher represents more than a typical administrator. His background reflects a passionate commitment to community service, having served on community boards, supported senior care initiatives, and championed recreational programs for individuals with disabilities.
The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, a nonprofit organization, provides diverse aquatic programs, including water safety instruction for every third-grade student in Pasadena Unified School District. Community members are invited to meet Fisher at a meet and greet on September 16 at 3:30 p.m. at the RBAC facility, located at 360 N Arroyo Blvd., Pasadena.
