The Pasadena Public Library will host a free flu shot clinic at its Hill Avenue Branch 55 South Hill Avenue on October 31, offering updated vaccinations through a partnership with the Pasadena Public Health Department.
The afternoon clinic, scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., will provide flu shots to residents six months and older, with supplies limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
Library officials pointed out that children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and that all participants should wear short-sleeved clothing for efficient vaccine administration.
The initiative extends beyond the library event, with the Pasadena Public Health Department offering additional free vaccinations at their Immunization Clinic at 1845 North Fair Oaks Avenue on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
For those requiring accessibility accommodations at the library clinic, organizers request 72-hour advance notice through the City’s customer service center at (626) 744-7311 or CSC@cityofpasadena.net.
