The City of Pasadena reported a significant number of evacuation orders were downgraded in Pasadena on Friday evening. The  downgrades do not affect Altadena, which was under curfew.

Many areas previously under mandatory Evacuation Orders (red color) were downgraded to Evacuation Warnings (yellow color).

Those people in areas denoted as Evacuation Warnings (yellow color) could return to their homes, but should be prepared to evacuate if wind conditions or other factors change and if an Evacuation Orders (red color) is once again necessary.

Some areas in Upper Hastings Ranch as well as some areas near the Hahamonga Watershed Park remained under Evacuation Orders (red color).  Residents of those areas could not return to their homes due to ongoing safety concerns.

As fire suppression efforts continue, additional changes to evacuation orders will be promptly communicated, City officials said.
