Gunshots were reported in a Pasadena neighborhood early Sunday morning, but no victims or property damage were found, police said.

At 12:27 a.m. on Sunday, February 16, officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 800 block of Glen Avenue, according to Pasadena Police Lieutenant Tim Bundy said.

During the investigation, officers located evidence of a shooting. They did not find any victims, Bundy said.

Police recovered multiple shell casings at the scene, confirming that shots had been fired, according to Bundy. The ShotSpotter system detected four gunshots.

Two separate calls reporting shots fired were also received by police.

Local hospitals were checked, but no gunshot victims were found, Bundy said.

No witnesses were identified and no surveillance camera footage was immediately available, according to Bundy.

Bundy said officers did not find any strike marks or property damage in the area.
