Highs will fall from 83 degrees on Tuesday to around 78 degrees Thursday, with deep marine layer clouds expected to reach well inland. Forecasters said the cooling trend will continue through midweek before a modest warming begins Friday.
Tuesday’s forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and a high near 83. Winds will shift from southeast to south at 5 to 10 mph. Overnight, clouds will increase and temperatures will drop to 57 degrees.

Temperatures will remain 6 to 12 degrees below seasonal norms through Thursday. A warming trend begins Friday, with highs climbing to 79 and peaking near 83 on Saturday.
Winds will remain light across Pasadena, ranging from 5 to 10 mph. Advisory-level gusts are forecast in interior passes and canyons of the San Gabriel Mountains through Tuesday evening due to moderate onshore flow.
The weekend outlook includes sunny skies and warming temperatures. Saturday’s high will reach 83, followed by 81 on Sunday. Overnight lows will remain in the upper 50s.
Forecasters said the deeper marine layer may affect morning commutes with low visibility and damp roads, especially in hillside neighborhoods and along the Arroyo.
