A man showed up at an emergency room late Friday after he was shot in a residential neighborhood in Pasadena on Friday night, officials said.
A local hospital notified police about 10 a.m. that a man had arrived at the emergency room with gunshot wounds to his upper and lower body, according to Pasadena police Lt. Marie Sell.
It was soon determined the victim, a 22-year-old Pasadena man, had been shot in the 1200 block of North Los Robles Avenue, where officers located “evidence of a shooting,” she said.
The victim was expected to survive, Sell said.
No further details regarding the circumstances of the shooting were available Saturday morning.
