A steady summer weather pattern will bring mild daytime temperatures and increasing early morning fog to Pasadena through early next week, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters expect highs to remain in the upper 80s to low 90s, with patchy early morning fog and low clouds developing from Friday night through Wednesday.
Today will be sunny with a high near 88 degrees. Winds will shift from the south-southeast in the morning to south-southwest at 5 to 10 mph by afternoon.
Friday will mirror Thursday’s conditions, but clouds and fog will begin forming overnight. Saturday and Sunday will see highs near 90 and 91 degrees, respectively, with fog before 11 a.m. both mornings.
The marine layer is expected to compress as atmospheric heights increase over the weekend, according to forecasters.
Wind conditions will remain typical for the season, with afternoon breezes reaching 10 mph. Interior areas may see gusty southwest to northwest winds.
Pasadena residents should expect continued low clouds and fog each early morning through midweek, with highs hovering near 89 to 91 degrees. No precipitation is forecast during the period.
