The Pasadena Elks Lodge 672 will host a merchandise distribution event on January 20 to provide essential supplies to those impacted by the Eaton Fire.

The charitable organization, announced on January 16, is mobilizing its more than 1,200 members to deliver aid to fire victims and first responders as part of its mission to positively impact Pasadena and surrounding communities through philanthropic efforts.

“Hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars have been invested to assist victims of the Eaton Fire,” said Ron Beegle, who sits on the Pasadena Elks Board. “Please help us get new, necessary merchandise into the hands of the fire victims who need it the most.”

The distribution event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pasadena Elks Lodge, 400 W. Colorado Boulevard, in West Pasadena.

Vehicle access is from Green Street.

Residents affected by the fire can receive new clothing, personal care items, bedding, pajamas, diapers, and bottled water. Those seeking assistance must provide identification that indicates residency in an affected fire area.

Beyond the distribution event, the lodge offers ongoing support through complimentary meals from noon to 8 p.m. on non-distribution days. This service remains available to both first responders and community members impacted by the fire, subject to food supplies and community demand, and meal hours may change.

Identification indicating residency in an affected fire area is required to participate in the meal service.

Established in 1901, the Pasadena Elks Lodge 672 operates as part of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of America, focusing on various philanthropic efforts, community outreach, and social events in Pasadena and surrounding areas.
