City Seeks Public Input As It Recruits Next Water and Power General Manager

The City of Pasadena launched a comprehensive recruitment process for its next General Manager of Pasadena Water and Power, inviting community members to play an active role in identifying the ideal candidate. City Manager Miguel Márquez is leading an open and transparent selection effort that emphasizes community engagement and stakeholder input.

“Engaging with our community is vital to ensuring we select the right leader for Pasadena Water and Power. I encourage all community members and stakeholders to participate in the upcoming forum and provide their insights on the qualities and expertise they believe are essential for our next General Manager,” Márquez said.

The recruitment process includes a public community forum scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. Participants can join using:
