Dressed in festive attire, the Rose Court members visited children, families and staff throughout Huntington Health, offering smiles and treats during a special “trick-or-treat” walk.
The visit included hands-on arts and crafts with pediatric patients and a guided tour of Huntington Health’s Level III B neonatal intensive care unit, where the court learned about the specialized care provided to premature and medically fragile newborns.
“We are honored to welcome the Tournament of Roses Rose Court each year,” said Wafaa Alrashid, chief of medical staff at Huntington Health. “Their visit brings light and laughter to our youngest patients and their families. It’s an annual tradition our staff looks forward to every year.”
In addition to engaging with patients, the court shared stories of their experiences representing the Tournament of Roses, inspiring families and hospital staff with their grace and community spirit.
The visit continues a longstanding tradition of community connection between the Rose Court and Huntington Health. Staff and patients now look ahead to cheering on the Court during the 2026 Rose Parade on New Year’s Day.
