Two armed suspects carjacked a 40-year-old Altadena man early Friday morning, according to police.

The incident occurred around 12:10 a.m. near the intersection of Kinneloa Avenue and Milton Street, Pasadena Police Lieutenant Andrea Perez said.

The victim was driving in the area when two unknown men approached his vehicle. The suspects brandished firearms and ordered the victim out of his car, Perez said.

Fearing for his safety, the victim complied with the demand and exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot, Perez said.

As of 6:15 a.m. Friday morning, the vehicle had not been located, Perez said.

Police described the first suspect as a Hispanic man between the ages of 19 and 22 years old, wearing a black sweatshirt and black mask. The second suspect was described as a Hispanic man of the same age range, wearing a blue sweatshirt and black mask.

Both carried black semi-automatic handguns Perez said.
