District 2 Candidate Felicia Williams announced on Tuesday that she has picked up the endorsements of Congress members Judy Chu and Adam Schiff.
“I have known our Federal legislators for years and hope to work with our national, state, and regional elected officials to bring more resources to Pasadena to solve our most pressing problems – affordable housing, homelessness, and the environment,” Williams said.
Williams previously picked up endorsements from Assemblymember Chris Holden and Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger.
She has also picked up the endorsements of all three Democratic organizations serving Pasadena, Los Angeles County Democratic Party, ACT/Arroyo Democratic Club, and Democrats of the Pasadena Foothills.
In addition, the National Women’s Political Caucus of the Greater Pasadena Area has endorsed to her ensure strong woman leadership on the City Council.
Williams was born and raised in Pasadena. She has a background in finance and public policy, 13 years as an appointed Commissioner in Pasadena and has served on the boards of several non-profits.
