The Pasadena Planning Commission will hold a special workshop on Saturday to discuss new objective design standards for high-density multifamily residential development. According to the agenda, the workshop will focus on gathering feedback from commissioners to inform the preparation of draft design standards.
The special meeting is set for 9:00 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at the Permit Center Hearing Room, 175 North Garfield Avenue, in Pasadena.
The meeting is informational only; no decisions will be made.
Feedback and discussion are expected to be heard that will be used to “inform the preparation of draft design standards to be presented to the Planning Commission for consideration at a future date.”
Martin Potter, the City’s Principal Planner, will lead the workshop discussion.
