More than 30 guests and League leaders attended the luncheon on September 18 at Pez Coastal Kitchen in Pasadena. Representatives from organizations including Jericho Road, the Tournament of Roses, Ten Thousand Villages, and many more connected with current Junior League leaders and past presidents to reflect on the League’s lasting impact on Pasadena and the surrounding community.
“This luncheon was a wonderful opportunity for local supporters of the Jr. League of Pasadena to be reminded of our community impact, while meeting the Community Partners who are the recipients of our efforts,” said Rebecca Bird, centennial committee chair. “The room was filled with compelling connection and conversation, inspiring all of us for the next 100 years of service.”
More opportunities to engage in centennial events and initiatives will be announced on the League’s website and Instagram (@jlpasadena). To learn more about the League or to become a member, visit the Junior League of Pasadena website.
