Rental Housing Board, Oversight Commission Changing Meeting Dates

Meetings of the Police Oversight Commission are moving to the second Thursday of the month.

To make way for the change, the commission has canceled its Oct. 3 meeting and rescheduled it as a special meeting on Oct. 10, the second Thursday of the month.

The commission’s rules and regulations will be changed to reflect the change to the second Thursday.

The change will have to go before the City Council to be approved.

Meanwhile, the Rental Housing Board is slated to begin meeting on the first Thursday of the month.

The Rental Housing Board is scheduled to meet on Oct. 3.

According to the agenda, the Board will continue its discussion of its upward adjustments of rent. It will also discuss a resolution supporting Proposition 33.
