Trash, recycling, and yard waste collection will proceed.
Pasadena Transit and Dial-A-Ride buses will operate on their regular schedules.
The Pasadena Fire and Police Departments will continue to provide patrol, jail, fire, paramedic, and other emergency services during the holidays. (Residents are encouraged to report suspicious activity to the police department at (626) 744-4241, the City said.)
But most other Federal, State, County and City offices are closed Monday. There is no mail service —but UPS and FedEx (Ground and FedEx Home Delivery) will be operating as usual — and bank branches are closed, too.

The Municipal Services Payment Center and Parking Office will also be closed on both holidays. All parking meters will be free, but parking time limits will not be enforced. However, violations for overnight parking restrictions, red curb parking, and blocking fire hydrants will still be issued. Parking meter enforcement will resume on Tuesday, February 21.
The Permit Center will be closed on both holidays, but some services will be available online, where subtrade permits can be obtained and plans for commercial tenant improvements and accessory dwelling units can be submitted. In-person operations will resume on Tuesday, February 21.
All Pasadena Public Library branch sites will be closed on Monday, February 19 and 20. They will reopen on Tuesday, February 21.
Parks will be open for picnics and recreation, but no site reservations will be accepted for the holidays. Community and recreation centers will be closed to the public on Monday, February 13 and Monday, February 20.
