The forum will run from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the church’s Fellowship Hall.
Chu, a Democrat, represents California’s 28th Congressional District, which includes Pasadena and the west San Gabriel Valley.
In Congress, Chu serves on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, which has jurisdiction over taxes, revenues, Social Security and Medicare. She also sits on the committee’s Health, Worker, and Family Support, and Oversight subcommittees, as well as the House Budget Committee.
The Congresswoman is open to responding to questions and concerns from attendees, according to the church announcement.
The town hall is open to the public.
