Pasadena City Council Calls Special Workshop Meeting Friday

The Pasadena City Council will convene a special workshop meeting on Friday at La Casita del Arroyo, breaking from its typical meeting location at City Hall. The 8:30 a.m. session will focus on improving city governance and strategic planning.

Mayor Victor M. Gordo has called the meeting to discuss critical municipal matters, including City Council meeting efficiencies, group development, team building, and the city’s budget process.

The workshop will be an in-person-only event, with public comment limited to items on the special meeting agenda.

The venue, located at 177 South Arroyo Boulevard, provides a unique setting for the council’s strategic discussions.

Participants will include the full Council. City Manager Miguel Márquez and City Attorney Michele Beal Bagneris are also scheduled to be in attendance.
