
Union Station Homeless Services announced today that Ronald Streitz will be joining the organization as the new Chief Development and Communications Officer and reporting directly to Anne Miskey, CEO.
Streitz brings over 40 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to his role at Union Station where he will be overseeing a team of eight with development and communications responsibilities for raising awareness, understanding and support for the mission of Union Station.

Streitz has served in executive and consulting positions in a diverse range of local, regional, and national organizations such as healthcare, social services, culture, and education with comprehensive responsibilities for operational, endowment, and capital support.
Most recently, he has served as Chief Development Officer for Senior Services for Northern California/Sequoia Living in San Francisco, as Regional Director of Gift Planning and with Sutter Health in Berkeley, CA. Prior to this, he had nationwide responsibilities working with the American Lung Association out of its New York headquarters, where he served in dual capacities as the Assistant Vice President for Major and Planned Giving, and Assistant Vice President, Field Revenue Planning and Support.
