Officers responded to the area of 1500 Lincoln Avenue at approximately 8:30 p.m. on June 30 following a report of a rape, Cuellar said.
Upon arrival, officers contacted the victim, an 18-year-old Pasadena woman, who reported meeting the suspect through an online dating app.
