Thieves Punch Through Wall, Steal Safe Containing $30,000

Three men were sought after surveillance footage showed them punching a hole through the wall of a business Saturday night in the 900 block of North Orange Grove Boulevard about 8 p.m. and stealing a safe containing approximately $30,000 in cash from an adjacent business.

Lt. Tim Bundy said the burglary was discovered Sunday morning when the owner of a business called police to say his door had been jimmied and a hole punched in his wall to the adjacent business.

Video showed the suspects were wearing dark clothing and covered their faces. There is no further description of the suspects at this time

No suspects have been arrested in connection with the burglary.
