The Pasadena locations are part of five Wells Fargo branches activated under Operation HOPE’s Project Restore HOPE Los Angeles initiative, making Wells Fargo the first financial institution to launch these specialized recovery support centers.
The Pasadena branches offering these services include Wells Fargo Hastings Ranch at 3701 E. Foothill Blvd., Wells Fargo North Pasadena at 1830 E. Washington Blvd., and Wells Fargo Pasadena Lake at 82 S. Lake Ave.
Two additional recovery centers are located at Wells Fargo La Cañada at 555 Foothill Blvd. and Wells Fargo Montrose at 2434 Honolulu Ave.
“We recognize that financial recovery is just as crucial as physical rebuilding after a disaster,” said Alice Juarez, Regional Branch Network Executive at Wells Fargo. “The wildfires in Los Angeles have left many families facing uncertainty, and we are committed to supporting their path forward.”
The pop-up recovery centers extend the bank’s existing HOPE Inside program, which began in 2022. Specially trained financial coaches at these locations provide no-cost services including FEMA applications and appeals, small business recovery guidance, and assistance obtaining copies of destroyed documents.
Additional services include insurance claims assistance, mortgage payment management, payment deferment negotiation, disaster recovery budget planning, home inspections, repair contracts guidance, and foreclosure prevention counseling.
“Wells Fargo has been a steadfast partner with Operation HOPE for more than 30 years, and they share our deeply rooted connection to the Los Angeles community,” said John Hope Bryant, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Operation HOPE. “We are incredibly grateful for their leadership in supporting Project Restore HOPE Los Angeles.”
Project Restore HOPE Los Angeles is a five-year initiative co-chaired by Bryant, Lance Triggs of Operation HOPE, and Brad Johnson, a hospitality executive and 30-year Los Angeles resident. The project committee includes leaders from the public and private sectors, professional athletes and entertainers, all working to coordinate financial relief efforts.
