A fire at a two-story apartment building in the 400 block of N. Los Robles Ave. shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday gutted one unit, but there were no injuries, the Pasadena Fire Dept. reported.
Officials said the blaze was knocked down by arriving firefighters within 10 minutes.
No evacuations beyond the involved apartment unit were necessary. The resident owner was present at the scene.
Two residents were displaced by the fire and received shelter assistance from the Red Cross. The Pasadena Police Department controlled traffic during the incident.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
